FollowUp5™ is a lightweight follow-up habit system built for people who don’t want a complicated CRM. You’ll log five follow-ups per day, keep simple notes, and export your list anytime — so you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. Daily reminders that help you build new habits. 

How it works

 You’ll use two things together — on purpose.

  1. Your Mini CRM (downloaded file) stays on your device (phone/computer).
     
  2. Your calendar reminders bring you back daily.
    When a reminder pops up,  you open your saved Mini CRM file to log today’s five follow-ups.

Privacy + ownership

Your client info stays with you.
Your names, notes, and follow-up log are saved locally on your device — not on our servers. FollowUp5™ doesn’t collect or store your client data. You can also export a CSV anytime, so you always own your list.
